Every document has a service that fits it.
The commonest and most expensive mistake is paying for a certificate nobody asked for, or sending an uncertified translation to someone who needed one. This page settles it.

CHAPTER 03
FILE FORMATS
What to send, and what comes back.
WHAT YOU SEND
PDF, DOCX or an image
A scan, an export or a photograph taken on a phone. If the original is handwritten, send a photograph and we will tell you what is legible before you pay.
WHAT COMES BACK
A Word file and a PDF
The layout of the original is kept: tables, headers, stamps and signature blocks sit where they sat. Certified work carries the signed statement of accuracy.
Not sure which one yours is?
Upload it. We will tell you which service it needs, what it costs and when it will be back.
