A page is 250 words or fewer, including numbers. Certified translation is priced per page at $32. Standard translation is priced per word at $0.13.

What happens, in order.

Upload the document

A PDF, a Word file or a photograph taken on a phone. If the original is a scan we work from the scan. You don't need to retype anything.

We measure it and quote

The page count appears on screen. You see the price, you choose standard or certified translation, and you select your turnaround time. Everything is confirmed before you proceed.

A translator is assigned

Your document goes to a native-speaking translator qualified in the relevant language pair. For certified translations, the translator holds the credentials required to certify the work.

The translation is completed

The translator works through your document, then a second linguist reviews the completed translation for accuracy and readability before it's finalised.

You receive the file

The completed translation is delivered to your email as a formatted document, ready to use. Certified translations include the translator's signed certification statement.

Available for an additional fee. Turnaround depends on document length and language pair, and you'll see the exact timeframe at the quote stage before committing.
