Translation is charged per page for certified work and per word for standard translation. The exact cost depends on the language pair, turnaround time and document complexity. Upload your document to receive a quote before you commit to anything.
One page for certified work. 250 words for standard work. Anything shorter is charged at the minimum rather than pro rata.
No. Certified translation includes the signed certificate and notarisation where required. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Yes. If you're translating multiple documents or a large volume of content, contact us for a custom quote. We can often offer better pricing for ongoing or high-volume work.
A certified translation includes a signed statement from the translator confirming the accuracy and completeness of the translation. It's required by many government agencies, courts, universities and immigration offices for official documents like birth certificates, passports, diplomas and legal contracts.
We provide certified translations that meet the standard requirements for most official purposes, but each institution can have its own specific guidelines. If you're unsure whether our certification will be accepted, check with the requesting organisation before ordering or send us their requirements and we'll confirm whether we can meet them.
Birth certificates, marriage certificates, death certificates, passports, driving licences, academic transcripts, diplomas, contracts, court documents, medical records and immigration paperwork. If your document type isn't listed, ask, we can certify most formal documents.
Yes, where required. Let us know if notarisation is needed when you place your order.
PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, JPG and PNG. If you have something else, upload it anyway or contact us, we can usually work with it.
By email, as a PDF. Certified translations include the signed certificate attached. You'll also be able to download the file from your account dashboard.
Yes. If something doesn't read right or there's a detail that needs adjusting, let us know within seven days of delivery and we'll review it at no extra cost. If the original document contained an error or ambiguity, we may need to clarify the intended meaning before making changes.
If a translation is rejected because of an error on our part, we'll correct it and reissue it. If it's rejected because the requesting organisation has specific formatting or certification requirements that weren't provided to us before the work was completed, we'll do our best to accommodate the changes but may need to charge for additional work.
Delivery time depends on the length and type of document.
Yes, to place an order and track your translation. It takes less than a minute and keeps all your documents in one place if you need them again later.
All uploads are encrypted and stored securely. We do not share your documents or personal information with anyone outside the translation process. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Yes. Log in to your account, go to your order history and select the document you need again. If it's the same translation, you can download it immediately. If you need it translated into a different language, you can reorder from the same file.
Contact us and we'll remove your account and all associated data within 30 days.
