Veriti Global provides online translation services for individuals and businesses. We offer two main types of service:

• Standard translation: professional translation of your document, suitable for most personal and business purposes
• Certified translation: translation accompanied by a certificate of accuracy, often required for official use such as visa applications, legal proceedings, academic submissions, or government filings

We aim to provide accurate, high-quality translations completed by experienced translators. However, we cannot guarantee that any translation will be entirely free from error, or that it will be accepted by a specific institution, government body, court, embassy, university, or other organisation. Requirements for certified translations vary between institutions, and it is your responsibility to confirm that the service you select meets the specific requirements of the body or organisation to which you intend to submit the translation.

We do not provide legal, immigration, or other professional advice. Our service is limited to translation only.

02How to Use the Site

You may use this site to:

• browse information about our services
• upload documents for translation
• place orders and make payments
• receive completed translations

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• upload any content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringes the rights of others
• attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the site
• use the site to transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code
• impersonate another person or entity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the site if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms.

03Account Usage

04How to Place an Order

3. Choose your preferred turnaround time
4. Provide any additional instructions or context that may help the translator
5. Review the price and confirm your order
6. Complete payment

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• you have the legal right to submit the document for translation
• the document does not contain anything unlawful or prohibited
• the information you have provided is accurate

Once your order is placed and payment is received, we will assign it to a translator. We will begin work on your order as soon as reasonably possible, in line with the turnaround time you selected.

05Payments

All prices are displayed on the website and are calculated based on the service selected and the specific requirements of your order. Prices are in [ADD: currency] and include [ADD: applicable taxes, e.g. VAT, or state 'exclude VAT' if applicable].

Delivery times depend on the turnaround option you selected:

07Refunds & Cancellations

Cancellations

You may cancel your order before work begins on the translation. If you cancel before a translator has been assigned or has started work, we will issue a full refund.

Once a translator has begun work on your order, cancellations are not possible, and no refund will be provided. If you are unsure whether work has started, please contact us.

Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with our service. If there is an issue with your translation, please contact us within [ADD: number of days, e.g. 7 days] of delivery. We will review your concern and, where appropriate, offer to:

• correct any errors in the translation at no additional cost
• provide a partial or full refund if the issue cannot be resolved

Refunds are provided at our discretion and are considered on a case-by-case basis. We will not issue a refund if:

• the translation meets a reasonable standard of accuracy but does not meet your subjective expectations
• you have used or submitted the translation to a third party
• you request a refund outside the stated time limit
• the document was rejected by an institution for reasons unrelated to translation quality (such as the institution's specific formatting, certification, or procedural requirements)

08Intellectual Property Rights

You retain ownership of any documents you upload to our site. By uploading a document, you grant us a limited licence to use, reproduce, and store that document solely for the purpose of providing the translation service you requested.

The translation we produce is provided to you for your use. We retain copyright in the format and presentation of the translated document, but you are free to use the translation for any lawful purpose.

You may not

• reproduce, distribute, or publish any part of our website or branding without our prior written consent
• use our service to create translations for resale or commercial redistribution without our agreement

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Veriti Global or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

09Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We provide our services on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any translation.

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• your use of, or inability to use, the site or our services
• any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in a translation
• rejection of a translation by any third party, institution, government body, court, or other organisation
• any delay in delivery
• any unauthorised access to or use of your documents or personal information, except where caused directly by our negligence

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these terms or our services, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Veriti Global, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• any document you upload or submit to us
• any claim that a document you provided infringes the rights of a third party

11Confidentiality & Data Protection

We understand that the documents you submit may contain sensitive or personal information. We take the security and confidentiality of your documents seriously.

We will

• handle your documents securely and in accordance with our obligations under applicable data protection law, including GDPR
• only use your documents for the purpose of providing the translation service you requested
• not share your documents or translations with any third party except as necessary to complete your order (such as assigning the work to a qualified translator)

Our translators are bound by confidentiality obligations. However, we cannot accept documents that contain information you are legally prohibited from disclosing, or where disclosure would breach any professional or contractual duty you owe to a third party.

12Governing Law & Jurisdiction
